Amb. Matlock, longtime US diplomat to the Soviet Union and since then a senior academic observer of Russia, has been rescheduled for Tuesday 23 January 2018. In September 2017, his flight was cancelled due to a hurricane, but we are delighted to host him in calmer weather.
