Thanks to Grant Hammond for leading a very lively Great Decisions seminar on the Arctic as a host for great power (and small Scandinavian countries) cooperation and competition. Discussion ranged from treaties, climate change, search and rescue, and nuclear icebreakers - to unmanned underwater vessels and nuclear submarines.
